To sign up for an appointment, you must first fill out the form and agree to the terms set. DROP & GO items MUST BE SEPARATED BY SIZE & GENDER and by type of items (tops, bottoms, PJs, etc). The size bundles must be secured together by zip ties, rubber bands, or bags to keep the sizes together. There is no charge for this service and donating all your items is optional.
Please sign up for a pick-up appointment on Oct. 12. We offer curbside and in-store pick up. Curbside service is available to all consignors, regardless of type of drop-off, and is from 1pm-2:45pm in front of the sale location. We'll bring your unsold items (if not donate all) to your car for you for no extra fee! Please note: Items will not be guaranteed if you choose this option. Please spot check to ensure all items are loaded into your car before leaving. If you did a traditional drop-off and are looking to take advantage of the item guarantee program, please sign up for an appointment time between 3-5pm. All items must be picked up by 5pm. Any items left after 5pm will be immediately donated!
Don't live close to the sale? Out of town during regular drop off weekend? We are offering an offsite (not our location) drop & go on Sept. 21 from 10am-1pm at the Parking Lot at Rolling Oaks Mall. Appointments ARE required. Items must be prepped, labeled and ready to go in bags/boxes or containers you do not want back. Items are NOT guaranteed and you will still have to pick up your unsold items from our store location if you choose not donate.
If you would like to pick up your barcodes from us instead of printing or having them mailed, you can come in-store and have them printed. Appointments are not required for this, but are highly recommended for shorter wait time. Alternatively, this sale, we will have one offsite pick up at a different location, but this option DOES REQUIRE AN APPOINTMENT. More instructions are located on the form
Did you talk one or several of your friends into consigning with Rhea Lana's? Make sure you get credit! Refer 1 friend, you get your Consignor Fee waived! Refer 2 Friends, get 5% more of your sales! Refer 4 or more Friends, get 10% more of your sales! Click the sign up link to read the rules and details. Referred Consignors must not have ever registered for a Consignor ID, must consign at least 50 items, and must not be an immediate family member. Form must be filled out by date listed in form.
Do you need someone else to pick up your check or items at the end of the event? Fill out this form! They will need their photo ID and your items will not be guaranteed.
Sign up for this option if you have large items that you would like to drop off earlier than your consignor drop off date. This option is especially helpful if you have oversized items that take up lots of room in your vehicle. Be sure your large items are entered into the database before drop-off and label each item with a string tag and piece of tape showing your consignor number & price. Labels can be provided at time of drop off.
