Become a VIP Consignor

Want to Consign but don't have the time? One of our trained VIP Processors will prep, price and deliver your items to the sale. You'll earn 35% + a free ticket to our Private Pre-Sale! This is a 2 step process. First, you must fill out the Google Form. Second, you must sign up on the Sign Up Genius. If you don't sign up on the sign up genius, you don't have a VIP Spot.

Barcodes Mailed to you!

In order to receive your barcodes in the mail, you must hit finish on your batch(es) *NEW THIS SALE* - There will be a $2 mailing fee that will be deducted from your consignor check at the end of the sale to have your barcodes mailed ($1 extra per consignor code). You can also opt to pick up your labels, at no charge, during our Early Barcode Pickup times, TBA later. Please remember that your items MUST BE pre-labeled when you bring them to Consignor Drop-Off. Alternatively, you can print your labels at home. Please use Avery 5160 (3 columns of 10 labels each). Size 1 x 2 5/8. Also, MUST PRINT IN COLOR INK. Use Google Chrome to print and "uncheck" the Fit to Page option in the printer settings.

Consignor Drop-Off Appointments

To sign up for an appointment, you must first fill out the form and agree to the terms set. DROP & GO items MUST BE SEPARATED BY SIZE & GENDER. The size bundles must be secured together by zip ties, rubber bands, or bags to keep the sizes together. There is no charge for this service and donating all your items is optional.

Consignor Pick-up Appointments

Please sign up for a pick-up appointment on April 13th. We offer curbside and in-store pick up. Curbside service is available to all consignors, regardless of type of drop-off, and is from 11:15am-12:45pm in front of the sale location. We'll bring your unsold items (if not donate all) to your car for you for no extra fee! Please note: Items will not be guaranteed if you choose this option. Please spot check to ensure all items are loaded into your car before leaving. If you did a traditional drop-off and are looking to take advantage of the item guarantee program, please sign up for an appointment time between 1-3pm. All items must be picked up by 3pm. Any items left after 3pm will be immediately donated.

In-Store Barcode Pick Up Appointments

Sign up to pick up your barcodes so we can have them ready for you when you come in the door! Appointment is not required but recommended! Please note: If you sign up for an appointment the same day you plan on coming in, we cannot guarantee your barcodes will be printed by the time you arrive. Appointments to have your barcodes printed ahead of time start 30 minutes AFTER we open the door for the day for walk-ins. This allows us time to print any requested barcodes from the evening as well as fill any walk-in requests. If you come in right when we open for the day, please note there may be a small wait.

Consignor Referrals

Did you talk one or several of your friends into consigning with Rhea Lana's? Make sure you get credit! Refer 1 friend, you get your choice of having your Consignor Fee waived or a $15 RL Gift Certificate! Refer 2 Friends, get 5% more of your sales! Refer 3 Friends, get 10% more of your sales! Click the sign up link to read the rules and details. Referred Consignors must not have ever registered for a Consignor ID, must consign at least 50 items, and must not be an immediate family member.
