Consignor Drop-Off Appointments

We offer two different types of drop offs. If you are a new consignor, or aren't sure which type of drop off to sign up for, fill out this form first. If you are a seasoned consignor and already know which appointment to sign up for click here.

Consignor Pick-up Appointments

Please sign up for a pick-up appointment on April 26. We offer curbside and in-store pick up. Curbside service is available to all consignors, regardless of type of drop-off, and is from 1:15-3:30pm in front of the sale location. We'll bring your unsold items (if not donate all) to your car for you for no extra fee! Please note: Items will not be guaranteed if you choose this option. Please spot check to ensure all items are loaded into your car before leaving. If you did a traditional drop-off and are looking to take advantage of the item guarantee program, please sign up for an appointment time between 4-6pm. All items must be picked up by 6pm sharp. Any items left after 6pm will be immediately donated.

Barcodes Mailed to you!

In order to receive your barcodes in the mail, you must hit finish on your batch(es) AND request them with this form. Barcodes are not automatically sent and are only mailed out once per season. There will be a $3 mailing fee that will be deducted from your consignor check at the end of the sale to have your barcodes mailed ($2 extra per consignor code). You can also opt to pick up your labels, at no charge, during our Early Barcode Pickup times. Please remember that your items MUST BE pre-labeled when you bring them to Consignor Drop-Off. Alternatively, you can print your labels at home. Please use Avery 5160 (3 columns of 10 labels each). Size 1 x 2 5/8. Also, MUST PRINT IN COLOR INK. Use Google Chrome to print and "uncheck" the Fit to Page option in the printer settings.

Early Barcode Pick Up Appointments

Please sign up to pick up your barcodes so we can have them ready for you when you come in the door! Appointment is not required but recommended! Please note: If you sign up for an appointment the same day you plan on coming in, we cannot guarantee your barcodes will be printed by the time you arrive. Appointments to have your barcodes printed ahead of time start 30 minutes AFTER we open the door for the day for walk-ins. This allows us time to print any requested barcodes from the evening as well as fill any walk-in requests. If you come in right when we open for the day, please note there may be a small wait.

Consignor Referrals

Did you talk one or several of your friends into consigning with Rhea Lana's? Make sure you get credit! Refer 1 friend, you get your your Consignor Fee waived. Refer 2 Friends, get 5% more of your sales! Refer 4 or more Friends, get 10% more of your sales! You must fill out this form by April 9th in order to qualify. Please note: Referred Consignors must not have ever registered for a Consignor ID, must consign at least 50 items, and must not be an immediate family member. Valid on one consignor ID only. May not be redeemed more than once per sale or over multiple consignor IDs.

Alternate Pick-Up Form

Do you need someone else to pick up your check or items at the end of the event? Fill out this form! They will need their photo ID and your items will not be guaranteed.

Offsite Drop & Go

Don't live close to the sale? Out of town during regular drop off weekend? We are offering an offsite (not our location) drop & go on Sat. April 4 from 9am-12pm at the Parking Lot of the Sears Upper Level at Rolling Oaks Mall. Appointments ARE required. Items must be prepped, labeled and ready to go in bags/boxes or containers you do not want back. Items are NOT guaranteed and you will still have to pick up your unsold items from our store location if you choose not donate. Sign up here.

Offsite Barcode Pickup

We will be offering barcode pickup at an offsite location ONLY on Saturday, April 4th, from 9:30a-11:30am. We will be at the Former Sears at the Rolling Oaks Location OUTSIDE on the Upper Level. Please note, this is NOT THE LOCATION of our sale. Sign up is REQUIRED as we will NOT have a printer onsite or available to print walk-up requests. IMPORTANT: You must sign up to have your barcodes printed by 11:59pm on Friday, April 3rd. Any signups after this time are not guaranteed to be printed/available at our offsite location barcode pickup. Sign up here.

Big Item Dropoff at Store Location

Sign up for this option if you have large, bulky items that you would like to drop off earlier than your consignor drop off date. This option is especially helpful if you have oversized items that take up lots of room in your vehicle. Be sure your large items are entered into the database before drop-off and label each item with a string tag and piece of tape showing your consignor number & price. Labels can be provided at time of drop off. Please do not bring ALL of your items at this time. This is only for LARGE, BULKY ITEMS
