Please sign up for a pick-up appointment on Oct. 22. We offer curbside and in-store pick up. Curbside service is available to all consignors, regardless of type of drop-off, and is from 11a-1245pm in front of the sale location. We'll bring your unsold items (if not donate all) to your car for you for no extra fee! Please note: Items will not be guaranteed if you choose this option. Please spot check to ensure all items are loaded into your car before leaving. If you did a traditional drop-off and are looking to take advantage of the item guarantee program, please sign up for an appointment time between 1-3pm. All items must be picked up by 3pm sharp. Any items left after 3pm will be immediately donated.

In order to receive your barcodes in the mail, you must hit finish on your batch(es) AND request them with this form by 11:59p Oct. 3rd. Barcodes are not automatically sent and are only mailed out once per season. There will be a $3 mailing fee that will be deducted from your consignor check at the end of the sale to have your barcodes mailed ($2 extra per consignor code). Please remember that your items MUST BE pre-labeled when you bring them to Consignor Drop-Off.

You can also opt to pick up your barcodes, at no charge, at our event site during drop off days (Oct. 14 & 15). If choosing this option, give yourself plenty of time to pick up BEFORE your scheduled appointment, as you must be pre-labeled before entering for drop off. We cannot allow consignors to put their barcodes on inside the store due to space/time limitations.
Alternatively, you can print your barcodes at home. Please use Avery 5160 (3 columns of 10 labels each). Size 1 x 2 5/8. Also, YOU MUST PRINT IN COLOR INK, especially if you are not donating ALL. Use Google Chrome to print and "uncheck" the Fit to Page option in the printer settings. Please make sure your consignor code MATCHES on the top and bottom portions of each barcode. This ensures YOU are getting paid.
Did you talk one or several of your friends into consigning with us? Make sure you get credit! Refer 1 friend: Consignor Fee waived. Refer 2 Friends: 5% more of your sales. Refer 4 or more Friends: 10% more of your sales! You must fill out this form by Oct. 14 in order to qualify. Please note: Referred Consignors must not have ever registered for a Consignor ID, must consign at least 50 items, and must NOT be an immediate family member. Valid on one consignor ID only. May not be redeemed more than once per sale or for multiple consignor IDs.
Do you need someone else to pick up your check or items at the end of the event? Fill out this form! They will need their photo ID and your items will not be guaranteed.
