"I just wanted to send you a note of thank you. My main reason for writing is to let you know that I appreciate your system you have come up with for the consignors. I like being able to track each individual item. I really appreciate that if something is missing it will be covered. This type of care of my items while they are out of my hands means a lot to me, and I know it does to other consignors as well.
